Services Provided

Ragheed provides online ordering and delivery services for vegetables, groceries, and related products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

User Eligibility

Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or make transactions through the application.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords.

Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records and merchant policies.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR).

Accepted payment methods include:

• Mastercard

Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Delivery Schedule

Customers may select from available delivery time slots provided within the application.

Same-day delivery services may be available depending on location and operational conditions.

Cancellation, Refund & Exchange

Due to the nature of fresh vegetable and grocery products:

• Products are non-refundable
• Products are non-exchangeable
• Orders cannot be canceled after preparation or dispatch

Refunds, if approved under exceptional cases, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, images, and application materials are owned by Ragheed and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Images & Videos

Images and videos used within the application are for illustrative purposes only.

Third-Party Services

The application may use third-party providers for payment processing, delivery services, notifications, analytics, or operational support.

OFAC & Sanctions Compliance

Ragheed will not trade with or provide services to countries or regions sanctioned by OFAC or other prohibited jurisdictions.

Limitation of Liability

Ragheed shall not be liable for indirect damages, delays caused by external circumstances, technical interruptions, or force majeure events.

Force Majeure

Ragheed shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, internet outages, or emergencies.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

Customer information is handled securely and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
